Much better movie than Us, much better movie than Alita, much better movie than What Men Want, in fact this is probably my second favorite movie of 2019 so far - after Captain Marvel. In it, Nancy investigates the mysterious goings-on at a museum she is interning at. And Sophia Lillis is a magnet, she will be a star, with those wonderful eyes how can she not become one? I give this movie a strong 6 or a weak 7, I will give it a 7 just because I am in a good mood. Labyrinth of Lies is the thirty-first game in the Nancy Drew adventure series. The storyline and characters are great, and I thought the game had plenty of places to explore, but not so much that it got confusing or easy to get lost. You do not need Oscar level of acting to enjoy a simple, fun, basic movie about teens, a couple of mysteries set in a small city and all that comes with. Favorite ND Game So Far I didn’t think I could love the Nancy Drew game as much as I loved The Silent Spy, but this has definitely become my new favorite. Not everything need to be perfect or MCU spectacular. This is very much watchable, and well worth a look.
Directing not so great, light and effects need to be worked on, story is bland and very simple, there is very little to celebrate with this movie since it is basic and do not offer much comes to cinematography, great scenes or action. This is not great, not fantastic, nor amazing in any form or way. Key Game Features: Analyze clues with all new examinable 3D objects Team up with the Hardy Boys Learn and uncover the truth about the historical. This marked the new era of Her Interactive sleuthing games, and even Nancy's voice actress was changed up, along with the gameplay. I have no idea how Her Interactive manages to keep their level of quality so high in such a consistent manner, but whatever they’re doing, it works.As a 43yo man I definitely do not belong in the demographic this movie is made for, but I actually liked reading Nancy Drew when I was young which is why when I saw this movie flicker by, I stopped, and watched it. Time is short, and you as Nancy Drew, must gather clues, solve puzzles and interrogate suspects to find the answers before the clock strikes midnight in this all new 3D mystery adventure. Of course, there had to be mention of Nancy's latest case While Midnight in Salem won't likely be a favorite anytime soon, it definitely left an impression.
